Shipping, Delivery, Local Pick Up and Returns
Postage and Packaging is £3.95 to Mainland UK. For postage outside the UK please contact email@example.com for bespoke pricing.
We will dispatch your order as soon as possible but suggest you allow 3-5 working days for delivery. If an item becomes out of stock we will contact to you let you know and ask what you would like us to do.
When placing your order please advise of a safe place the parcel can be left in the event you are not home when the delivery is made. Once the parcel has been dispatched you will receive notification and a reference number to track your parcel.
If your parcel cannot be delivered after 3 attempts it will be returned to us. If this occurs, we will refund the cost of the items but will deduct any delivery charges we have incurred.
Local Pick Up
Local Pick Up orders are collected from Lower Bourne, Farnham and are usually available within 24 hours and often within a few hours.
We hope you will be delighted with the products you receive from us but we also understand that for a variety of reasons something may not be quite right.
If you wish to return something for an exchange or a refund, we ask that you notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods and return them to us within 14 day enclosing your completed Returns Form.
All returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and and in the original packaging. As we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit to us, we strongly recommend that you use an insured and tracked delivery service for your returns and obtain proof of postage.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to refund earrings unless they are faulty.
If something is damaged or faulty when it arrives, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours to let us know.
We are sorry but we are unable to refund either original or return postage charges unless the items are damaged or faulty. Once we have received your returns, we will process your refund as soon as possible using your original method of payment.
